Shreeng.ai does not separate the people who design systems from the people who deploy them. Engineers who build a capability are involved in its production deployment. They see how it performs under real operating conditions, handle the failure modes they did not anticipate, and carry that learning back into the next design cycle. This is not policy — it is the organizational structure we believe produces the most reliable AI systems.
Our leadership team maintains this same accountability at the organizational level. Strategic decisions are made by people with direct operational visibility, not by generalists managing at a distance from production systems.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in AI/ML, enterprise software, and government technology. Bhaskar has built and scaled AI platforms across defense, financial services, and public sector organizations — leading teams that deliver production systems under the operational and compliance constraints these domains require. He founded Shreeng.ai to close the gap between AI research and reliable enterprise deployment. BTech in Computer Science.
Chief Technology Officer
Platform architecture, engineering standards, and the research-to-production pipeline that defines Shreeng.ai's technical identity. The CTO will own the technical roadmap across agentic AI systems, multimodal intelligence, and secure deployment infrastructure for regulated industries.
VP, Engineering
Engineering organization, production reliability, and the systems that keep client deployments operating at scale. This role leads the engineering teams responsible for platform stability, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
VP, Government Solutions
Government client relationships, regulatory compliance, and the specialized deployment requirements of public-sector AI programs. This role bridges Shreeng.ai's technical capabilities with the procurement, security, and governance frameworks of government clients.

We measure it by the proportion of research programs that result in production systems that clients depend on. That measure shapes who we hire, what we investigate, and how we allocate resources across the research portfolio.
