Why It Matters
The gap between a successful AI proof-of-concept and a successful production deployment is rarely a technology gap. It is consistently an organizational one — insufficient data quality, inadequate integration architecture, unclear ownership, absent governance, or misalignment between AI capabilities and organizational objectives.
The AI Readiness Assessment identifies which dimensions are production-ready and which require investment before deployment begins. This prevents the common failure mode of investing in AI capabilities before the organizational conditions for success exist.
