Who We Hire
We are looking for engineers and researchers who hold two things simultaneously: genuine intellectual curiosity about AI as a field, and a strong instinct toward making things work in production. These orientations reinforce each other in practice. The engineer who understands the theory of why a system fails will find the fix faster than one who only knows the symptoms.
We are not looking for specialists in any one framework or tool. The AI landscape changes too quickly for tool expertise to be a primary qualification. We are looking for people who learn fast, reason carefully under uncertainty, and hold themselves accountable for the reliability of what they build.
